It's one of those delightfully British traditions! Despite the name, there won't be any bacon and eggs involved. It's simply the name for the first meal a newly married couple shares after the ceremony ("breaking the fast.") Following the ceremony, we'll enjoy drinks and canapés before sitting down together for a proper three-course meal. After that, it's time for speeches, cake, dancing and celebrating well into the evening.

Yes! There is plenty of complimentary parking available at Carlton Towers for all guests. As you approach the estate, signage will guide guests to the designated car park to the right-hand side.

Unfortunately, the venue's liability policy doesn't appear to extend to one mischievous Brussels Griffon. So while Hendo won't be making the journey to Carlton Towers, we couldn't imagine celebrating without him. He'll be there very much in spirit, so keep your eyes peeled throughout the weekend - you may just spot a few special tributes to our favourite little four-legged family member.

Yorkshire holds a special place in our hearts. Between family, friends, and some wonderful memories made over the years, it felt like the perfect place to begin our next chapter together. We can't wait to share a little slice of Yorkshire with everyone travelling from near and far.
